We ship via UPS Ground. Shipping on all US orders is $10.00. If you live outside the United States, please call or write us.
Sales Tax
Oregon does not have a sales tax.

Physical Element accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Our credit card and checkout processing is through Google Checkout.
What is Google Checkout?
With Google Checkout, you can quickly and easily buy from Physical Element and many other stores across the web.
If you’ve used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us.
If you’re using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information once to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase. There’s no need to re-enter your purchase information or create multiple usernames and passwords each time you buy.
When you buy with Google Checkout, you can track all your orders in one place and shop with confidence knowing that Google protects you from unauthorized purchases.
Returns
We put a lot of thought and consideration into the garments we sell on physicalelement.com, only choosing products of the highest quality and design. In the event you are unhappy with your item we will refund your money, minus a 2% restocking fee, within 5 business days upon receipt of your shipment.
We will accept returns for exchange or a refund as long as the following conditions are met:
- You must request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing physicalelement@comcast.net within 5 days of receipt of your order. Include ysour order number, and the nature of the problem in your email. We will then provide you with the RA number.
- We must receive the return package within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise
- The returned items must be in original condition. That means unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
Notes: Items purchased “on sale” are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges for your order cannot be refunded and return shipping is at your expense. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipping vendor that allows you to track your package.
