Ordering From Our Site
We are currently developing our ecommerce site, but in the meantime, we are happy to work with you via the phone or email. To order by phone, please call us during our business hours or leave a message and we'll return your call. Otherwise, drop us an email at physicalelement@comcast.net. We take Visa/Mastercard/Discover/and American Express. Typically, we send packages via US Postal Service and charge $10 for shipping, which we will add at the time of your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will provide you a return authorization. After 10 days, we offer store credit. If your merchandise is damaged or defective, we will reimburse your shipping costs as long as you contact us by phone to make arrangements. We can only reimburse for shipping costs if an item is damaged, not for an improper fit. Please allow 10-14 business days for returns processing and allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
