About Physical Element
Physical Element was founded in 2003 and originated as Portland's first
women's fitness & yoga apparel store. During the past 4 years, the
store evolved to include fashion-forward European apparel. Proprietress
Jo Carter was surprised by the enthusiastic reaction by her customers
and Pearl residents and slowly, the fashion portion of the store grew
more and more. Physical Element is known for offering offbeat, distinctive
labels from Europe, Japan, as well as the United States and Portland.
Physical Element is located in Portland's Pearl District at 1124 NW Lovejoy St (corner of 11th Ave & Lovejoy Street).
